Clanfield Joggers is a small, friendly running club and we meet twice a week at Peel Park Pavilion, Charlton Lane, Clanfield PO8 0PR :

  • Sunday mornings at 09.00
  • Wednesday evenings at 18.30
 
All abilities of runners catered for, whether you have just started out or have been running/jogging for years.

If you are new to running and are not sure what is involved, please read the "New to Running" guide, which includes a basic fitness plan to help you get started. 
 
There are other plans available from the British Heart Foundation and running magazines - or try the NHS 'Couch to 5K' plan.
 
 
So, don't delay, get those trainers on and join us for a run!

Big congratulations to Terry Maidment on completing the South Downs Half Marathon on Saturday 20th June. Terry finished in 2 Hours 16 minutes and finished 1st in her age category.
